As a Weekend Receptionist, you will be the face of our company, ensuring our guests have a memorable and professional experience while supporting our administrative operations.
Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome all visitors with a warm, professional demeanor and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
- Communication: Answer incoming calls, screen and route them efficiently, and take accurate messages.
- Mail & Logistics: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages, and handle outgoing correspondence.
- Scheduling: Manage the company calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meeting rooms.
- Administrative Support: Assist with data entry, filing, and preparing documents as needed.
- Customer Relations: Address visitor inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a smooth office flow.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience as a receptionist or in an office support role is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Software: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
