Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on accuracy and speed, maintaining database integrity.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and communications, including sorting and distribution.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Assist in preparing weekly reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support administrative tasks such as inventory management, supply ordering, and meeting preparation.
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally, triaging urgent matters to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in office administration and data entry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Demonstrated ability to type accurately at a minimum of 40 WPM.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation (if required for on-site attendance).
- Availability to work Saturday and Sunday on a weekly basis.
