Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements with precision.
- Prepare, compose, and edit professional correspondence, reports, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Screen and direct incoming calls and visitors, handling inquiries with the highest level of professionalism.
- Assist in the organization of company events, internal meetings, and client receptions.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and financial documentation accurately and on time.
- Maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure information is easily retrievable and confidential.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
