Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception, greeting visitors warmly and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform accurate and high-volume data entry, ensuring all records are updated in our CRM and database systems.
- Answer incoming telephone calls and route them to the correct department or take detailed messages.
- Sort, distribute, and prepare incoming mail, packages, and faxes.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining the company calendar.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy, organized, and presentable at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a general administrative role.
- Excellent typing speed (minimum 40 WPM) with high accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office setting.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
