Responsibilities
- Manage and distribute incoming emails, calls, and mail with a high level of professionalism.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the executive team.
- Handle data entry tasks, maintain accurate digital and physical records, and prepare reports.
- Assist with basic office management duties, including inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining a tidy workspace.
- Act as the first point of contact for visitors, providing excellent customer service and information.
- Collaborate with team members in Austin and coordinate with partners in California to ensure seamless communication.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy office environment.
- Reliable internet connection and computer proficiency for remote coordination.
