Job Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering phones, and directing inquiries promptly.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and manage office supplies inventory.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and scheduling appointments.
- Assist in coordinating meeting rooms and maintaining a clean, organized reception area.
- Act as a liaison between staff, clients, and vendors, ensuring clear communication.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Specialist, or in a similar administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
