Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome visitors with a professional demeanor, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Phone Operations: Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, screen calls, and take accurate messages.
- Scheduling: Manage the daily calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Administrative Support: Perform data entry, file organization, and prepare meeting materials.
- Mail & Packages: Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Customer Service: Assist visitors and answer inquiries regarding our services in a timely manner.
- Office Maintenance: Maintain the reception area and office supplies inventory.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Assistant, or in a similar administrative role.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished telephone manner.
- Flexibility: Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work a flexible schedule as needed.
