Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Prepare and organize documents, reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including flights and hotels, and process expense reports.
- Support the sales and operations teams with general administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Greet visitors and provide exceptional customer service to clients and partners.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Office Clerk, or in a similar support role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
