Responsibilities
- Manage front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering multi-line telephones in a professional manner.
- Process incoming mail, emails, and packages with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining both digital and physical records.
- Coordinate schedules and calendar management for department heads.
- Prepare reports and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of prior administrative or reception experience.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with flexibility for occasional holidays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
