What You Will Do
As our Weekend Administrative Assistant, you will be the backbone of our weekend operations. Your key responsibilities will include:
Responsibilities
- Accurately enter and verify data into our database and CRM systems with a focus on speed and precision.
- Manage incoming emails, phone inquiries, and general correspondence during weekend hours.
- Filing, scanning, and archiving physical and digital documents to maintain organized records.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating weekend appointments or meetings.
- Generate basic reports and invoices using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain a clean and professional office environment.
- Perform light bookkeeping tasks such as balancing petty cash and processing reimbursements.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in administrative support, data entry, or office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Typing speed of 45+ WPM with high accuracy.
- Must be available to work every Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
