Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference calls for executive leadership.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, including emails, memos, and presentations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls and inquiries, with a high level of professionalism.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems to ensure efficient document retrieval.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and itineraries.
- Perform data entry tasks and generate reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Support special projects and ad-hoc administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a fast-paced corporate environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and computer equipment if working remotely.
