Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors and clients warmly, answer multi-line phone systems, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.

- Mail and Communication: Sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing packages, and manage internal correspondence.
- Office Maintenance: Monitor office supplies, restock break areas, and ensure the workspace is clean and organized.
- Scheduling: Assist in managing the weekend calendar and scheduling appointments as needed.

Qualifications
