Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives.
- Prepare, proofread, and distribute professional correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.
- Maintain and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy access to company records.
- Screen incoming calls and emails, triaging inquiries and escalating urgent matters to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Coordinate office logistics, including vendor management, supply ordering, and facility maintenance.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports and data entry for payroll and inventory tracking.
- Act as the primary point of contact for visitors and clients, providing exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as an Administrative Assistant or Office Clerk.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively under tight deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid office environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel between DC and NC offices as needed.
