Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk operations, including greeting visitors and directing phone calls, during weekend hours.
- Process and organize incoming mail, faxes, and emails with high attention to detail.
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating databases, spreadsheets, and filing systems.
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and presentations for internal review.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as expense reports and purchase orders.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure weekend projects are completed on schedule.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) and holidays as needed.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
