Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for all visitors and clients.
- Answer, screen, and redirect incoming phone calls with a polite and efficient manner.
- Perform general administrative duties including data entry, filing, and document management.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and maintaining the office calendar.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Collaborate with the administrative team to support various departmental needs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist or in an Office Support role is highly desirable.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
