Responsibilities
- Manage and organize incoming emails, faxes, and mail with a focus on weekend priorities.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain digital filing systems.
- Answer high-volume phone inquiries and direct calls to appropriate departments.
- Schedule and coordinate weekend appointments and meetings.
- Assist in preparing weekly reports and office inventory management.
- Ensure the office environment is tidy, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in an administrative or receptionist role is a plus.
