Responsibilities
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations, manage incoming mail, and handle correspondence with professionalism.
- Scheduling: Coordinate calendars for senior staff, schedule meetings, and manage conference room bookings.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer and employee information into our database systems.
- Document Control: Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal reports, memos, and presentations.
- Reception: Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, answering phones and directing inquiries.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or a related field.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
