Responsibilities
- Manage and organize daily office operations, including answering phones and responding to emails.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain and update physical and digital filing systems with accuracy.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for management.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with inventory management of office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of administrative or clerical experience.
