Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings efficiently.
- Handle incoming communications, including email correspondence and phone inquiries, with professionalism.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems, both digital and physical, for easy retrieval.
- Assist with travel arrangements, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Process invoices, expense reports, and general office supplies requisitions.
- Greet visitors and provide general administrative support to department heads.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
