Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet visitors warmly, manage the reception area, and answer incoming phone calls with a professional and friendly demeanor.
- Data Entry: Accurately input, update, and maintain records in our database systems using Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
- Administrative Support: Handle mail distribution, package handling, and coordinate meeting room schedules.
- Customer Service: Address client inquiries via email or phone promptly and direct them to the appropriate department.
- Inventory Management: Monitor and restock office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; entry-level candidates with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer navigation.
- Typing Speed: Must possess a typing speed of at least 40 WPM with high accuracy.
