Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner, managing the front desk reception area with efficiency and warmth.
- Communication Hub: Manage high-volume phone calls, screen inquiries, and route messages to the appropriate department or personnel immediately.
- Data Entry & Accuracy: Perform accurate data entry tasks, including updating customer records, entering confidential information into our CRM system, and maintaining digital filing systems.
- Mail & Logistics: Sort and distribute incoming mail, faxes, and deliveries with precision and attention to detail.
- Administrative Support: Assist in preparing meeting rooms, ensuring office supplies are well-stocked, and handling scheduling appointments for executives.
- Project Assistance: Support the administrative team with various ad-hoc projects as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Experience: Proven experience in receptionist or administrative support roles, preferably in a corporate or government setting.
- Tech Skills: Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Typing: Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM) is essential.
- Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
