Responsibilities
- Front Desk Operations: Greet and direct visitors, answer multi-line phone systems professionally, and manage incoming and outgoing mail.
- Data Entry Management: Accurately input, update, and maintain client and employee data in our internal databases and spreadsheets.
- Document Management: Organize, file, and digitize physical records to ensure efficient information retrieval.
- Office Coordination: Schedule appointments and meetings, coordinate travel arrangements, and assist with basic office supply inventory.
- Customer Support: Assist clients with inquiries via email or in person, resolving issues with a focus on high satisfaction.
- General Admin: Support the management team with ad-hoc projects and daily administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we provide on-the-job training for motivated candidates.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic typing skills (35+ WPM).
