Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception, greeting visitors warmly and directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
- Perform high-volume data entry tasks with 99% accuracy, ensuring all client records and internal databases are current.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with efficiency and care.
- Answer and screen phone calls professionally, transferring urgent messages promptly.
- Assist with administrative support, including filing, scheduling appointments, and preparing meeting materials.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and office supplies.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration preferred.
- Proven experience in administrative support, reception, or data entry roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Exceptional typing speed (40+ WPM) and high attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups.
