- Process high-volume weekend transaction reports with zero-tolerance for errors
- Manage digital filing systems and document retrieval protocols
- Coordinate weekend correspondence including emails, memos, and client communications
- Assist with weekend payroll processing and timekeeping verification
- Prepare weekly data integrity reports for management review
- Support weekend office operations including supply inventory and equipment checks
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in data entry or administrative roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proven ability to process 10,000+ keystrokes per hour with 99.5% accuracy
