Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors, and directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Handle incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and internal messages.
- Perform data entry, document filing, and maintain accurate digital and physical records.
- Schedule and coordinate weekend meetings, including calendar management and room bookings.
- Assist with inventory management, supply ordering, and restocking office essentials.
- Process expense reports and assist with basic accounting reconciliation tasks.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth running of weekend activities.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate degree in Business Administration is a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of prior administrative experience, preferably in a corporate setting.
- Mandatory availability to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during the shift.
