Responsibilities
- Accurately input and manage data in company systems with 99%+ precision
- Coordinate weekend office operations, including mail processing and supply management
- Manage confidential records and documentation with strict confidentiality protocols
- Support department heads with scheduling, reporting, and communication tasks
- Handle customer inquiries professionally via phone and email
- Assist with document preparation, formatting, and distribution
- Maintain organized filing systems both physical and digital
- Collaborate with weekday staff for seamless workflow continuity
Qualifications
- 2+ years of administrative or data entry experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Exceptional typing speed (55+ WPM) with high accuracy
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Professional communication and customer service abilities
- Experience with CRM or database systems preferred
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 5 PM)
