Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating complex logistics across multiple time zones
- Handle confidential documentation, data entry, and record-keeping with precision and confidentiality
- Process incoming communications, including emails, calls, and correspondence, with exceptional professionalism
- Coordinate travel arrangements, expense reports, and vendor communications for department heads
- Prepare and distribute critical reports, presentations, and meeting materials using Microsoft Office Suite
- Support cross-functional projects by organizing resources and tracking deliverables
- Maintain office supplies inventory and assist with general administrative support duties
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of administrative experience in a corporate or professional services environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace
