Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering phones, and routing inquiries
- Perform accurate data entry for client records, inventory systems, and correspondence
- Coordinate office calendars, meeting schedules, and travel arrangements
- Process incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Maintain digital filing systems and ensure document confidentiality
