Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, coordinate high-level meetings, and handle travel arrangements
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence with precision
- Oversee office operations, including supply inventory, vendor management, and facility coordination
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Streamline administrative processes to enhance team efficiency

Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative support experience
