Responsibilities
- Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing competing priorities
- Prepare confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations with meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate domestic/international travel arrangements including logistics and expense management
- Serve as primary liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders
- Oversee office operations including supply inventory, vendor relationships, and facility coordination
- Lead onboarding processes for new administrative staff and interns
- Manage confidential information with absolute discretion and professionalism
Qualifications
- 5+ years of executive administrative support experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with polished business etiquette
