Responsibilities
- Manage departmental calendars, coordinate meetings, and maintain executive schedules
- Process confidential documents with discretion and maintain digital filing systems
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders via phone, email, and in-person
- Prepare accurate reports, correspondence, and presentation materials using MS Office Suite
- Coordinate facility logistics including conference room bookings, equipment maintenance, and supply inventory
- Assist with budget tracking, expense reports, and vendor invoice processing
- Support HR functions onboarding, training coordination, and employee records management
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years administrative experience in government or public sector
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace
- Exceptional organizational skills with ability to prioritize competing deadlines
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional off-site duties
- Associate's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Notary public certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Experience with municipal software (e.g., SAP, Oracle Public Sector) advantageous
- Fluency in English; bilingual Spanish speakers encouraged to apply
