- Coordinate meeting rooms, arrange refreshments, and assist with event logistics.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and packages efficiently.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and filing.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous front desk or receptionist experience in a professional setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
