Responsibilities
- Front Desk Management: Greet all visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment.
- Phone Support: Answer and route incoming calls professionally, take accurate messages, and screen calls as needed.
- Administrative Support: Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and manage the company switchboard.
- Scheduling: Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining the company calendar.
- Office Coordination: Order office supplies and maintain the reception area to ensure it is tidy and organized.
- Data Entry: Update and maintain accurate records in our CRM and filing systems.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries from employees and guests promptly and courteously.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front desk role preferred.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional phone manner.
- Organization: Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment.
- Appearance: Professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time hours, including occasional weekends or holidays if required.
