Responsibilities
- Manage executive calendars, coordinate complex meetings, and arrange domestic/international travel logistics
- Prepare confidential reports, presentations, and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite
- Serve as primary point of contact for internal/external stakeholders and manage communication channels
- Oversee office operations, including supply inventory, vendor management, and facility coordination
- Process expense reports, purchase orders, and maintain financial documentation
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and track key deliverables
- Implement and maintain efficient filing systems (digital and physical)
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of executive administrative support experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and calendar management tools
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
