Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and produce high-quality 2D motion graphics, animations, and visual effects for web, mobile, and social media campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the creative director and copywriters to ensure visual storytelling aligns with brand messaging and campaign goals.
- Manage the entire production pipeline, from rough concept sketches and storyboards to final rendering and delivery.
- Maintain and update our library of motion templates and assets to improve workflow efficiency.
- Provide mentorship and feedback to junior designers, fostering a culture of creativity and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in motion design and software capabilities to continuously innovate our visual output.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D motion graphics, animation, or a related creative field.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe After Effects, Cinema 4D, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe Illustrator.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of animation styles, including character animation, UI motion, and abstract motion graphics.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Motion Graphics, or a related discipline.
