Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D animations, motion graphics, and visual effects for digital campaigns.
- Collaborate with the creative team to translate concepts into dynamic motion sequences.
- Optimize animation assets for various devices and screen sizes while maintaining visual fidelity.
- Conduct regular reviews and iterate based on client feedback to refine the final product.
- Mentor junior designers and provide technical guidance on animation workflows.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging techniques in 2D animation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in 2D animation and motion design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
- A strong, diverse portfolio demonstrating advanced 2D animation skills.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Experience with rigging and character animation is a plus.
