Responsibilities
- Conceptualize and create high-quality 2D and 3D assets for web, mobile, and print applications.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and developers to ensure visual fidelity across all platforms.
- Utilize industry-standard software (Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, Adobe Suite) to produce photorealistic renders and motion graphics.
- Maintain and update a comprehensive library of design assets to ensure brand consistency.
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers within the team.
- Optimize 3D models and textures for performance without compromising visual quality.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in 2D/3D design, motion graphics, or a related creative field.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling software (Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D) and 2D compositing (After Effects, Photoshop).
- Strong understanding of color theory, composition, and lighting in both 2D and 3D spaces.
- A strong, professional portfolio demonstrating a range of styles and technical capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
- Experience with game engines (Unity/Unreal) or WebGL is a significant plus.
