Apex Digital Studio is seeking a visionary Senior 2D Graphic Designer & Motion Artist to lead our creative direction. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between static design and dynamic motion, crafting visual experiences that captivate audiences and elevate brand identity. As a key member of our creative team, you will work closely with art directors and developers to deliver high-end assets for digital campaigns, web interfaces, and interactive media.
Responsibilities
Your Core Responsibilities
- Design and produce high-quality 2D graphics, illustrations, and iconography for digital and print mediums.
- Create engaging motion graphics, animated backgrounds, and micro-interactions using After Effects.
- Develop and maintain a consistent visual style guide and brand identity across all projects.
- Collaborate with the UX/UI team to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- Optimize digital assets for various platforms, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Present creative concepts and revisions to clients and stakeholders with confidence.
- Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and emerging design technologies.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in 2D graphic design and motion graphics.
- Proven portfolio showcasing a strong command of composition, color theory, and typography.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects).
- Experience with vector animation software (e.g., Adobe Animate, Blender) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of web design principles and responsive layouts.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate creative decisions.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced studio environment.
