Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and visitors with exceptional professionalism
- Perform accurate data entry into CRM and office management systems
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendar coordination for executive team
- Process incoming/outgoing mail and manage office supply inventory
- Assist with onboarding paperwork and new hire data processing
- Collaborate with departments to ensure seamless information flow
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business information
Qualifications
- Proven experience with high-volume data entry (minimum 10,000 keystrokes/hour)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with CRM systems preferred (Salesforce a plus)
