Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk, greeting visitors with a professional and warm demeanor.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls, taking accurate messages when necessary.
- Manage the company calendar, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
- Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Handle cash handling and petty cash reconciliation as required.
- Assist with basic data entry and filing tasks to keep office records organized.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative assistant role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well in a team.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends or holidays.
