Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations and greet all visitors with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Screen and direct incoming calls, while managing email correspondence efficiently.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including managing courier services and packages.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, managing the company calendar, and coordinating meetings.
- Process invoices and handle basic bookkeeping tasks or data entry as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area and office supply inventory.
- Support administrative staff with various projects to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished phone voice.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable, and patient attitude.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties effectively in a busy office setting.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to work a full-time schedule.
