Responsibilities
- Manage the front desk reception area, greeting all visitors and clients with a warm and professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments or personnel.
- Screen and route emails and messages promptly and accurately.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with basic scheduling, appointment setting, and data entry tasks.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the reception area and common spaces.
- Process transactions and handle customer inquiries with patience and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; some college is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Receptionist, Front Desk Coordinator, or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic office equipment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Must be detail-oriented and possess excellent time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while being a supportive team player.
