Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors warmly, answering questions and directing them to the appropriate department.
- Manage the front desk, including answering multi-line phones, transferring calls, and taking detailed messages.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and faxes with efficiency and accuracy.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the company calendar to ensure smooth operations.
- Assist with basic data entry, filing, and office supply inventory management.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area at all times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred but not required for the right candidate.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
