- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries with accuracy.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the company calendar to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Assist with basic inventory management and supply ordering as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area to present a professional image.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with a diverse range of people.
