- Manage front desk operations including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and handling mail/deliveries
- Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting logistics for staff and clients
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Assist with onboarding processes including new employee badge preparation
- Coordinate office supplies inventory and vendor relationships
- Support HR initiatives including interview scheduling and onboarding documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred
- 2+ years of receptionist or administrative experience
