Responsibilities
- Manage Communications: Answer incoming calls and emails professionally, routing inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Office Management: Maintain the office environment, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Data Entry: Accurately input and update customer and employee data into our internal databases and filing systems.
- Scheduling: Assist in scheduling weekend appointments and managing calendars for key personnel.
- Document Preparation: Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal memos, reports, and presentations.
- Event Coordination: Support the planning and execution of weekend company events or client meetings.
Qualifications
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or certification in Office Administration is a plus.
- Experience: Previous experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or in a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Reliability: Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and work independently with minimal supervision.
