Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors and clients with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including email, phone calls, and mail.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate office records and databases.
- Order and maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Coordinate schedules, arrange meetings, and assist with calendar management.
- Prepare internal documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office support role is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
