Responsibilities
- Execute high-velocity data entry tasks with a focus on 99% accuracy and minimal errors.
- Manage and organize digital and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of documents.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming calls and emails with professional courtesy.
- Prepare weekly reports and distribute them to key stakeholders on time.
- Assist with inventory tracking and placing office supply orders as needed.
- Perform light reception duties and greet visitors to the office.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Proven experience in data entry, office administration, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to type accurately at a speed of 40+ words per minute.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) is essential.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
