Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and schedule appointments for executive leadership.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and presentations with high accuracy.
- Handle incoming calls and emails with professionalism and efficiency.
- Coordinate meetings, book conference rooms, and manage travel arrangements.
- Maintain accurate filing systems, both digital and physical.
- Assist with general office operations, including ordering supplies and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
