Responsibilities
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and general correspondence with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
- Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
- Prepare documents, reports, and meeting agendas for management review.
- Order and maintain office supplies to ensure the workspace remains fully operational.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for the executive team.
- Handle ad-hoc administrative projects as needed to support departmental goals.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or administrative certification is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Receptionist, or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
